HK UP BY 8.1PC IN OCT. TO 2.07 MILLION TEU, SINGAPORE UP 7.4

Figures from the Hong Kong Marine Department sho the port handled 2.07 million TEU in October, an increase of eight percent against the 1.91 million TEU handled in October of last year.
Singapore's Maritime and Port Authority reported a 7.4 percent increase in container movement in October, having handled 2.57 million TEU compared to 2.39 million TEU in October of last year.
